refer to用法
含义和用法如下：
1.表示“谈到”或“提到、说起”，“涉及，与……相关”“指的是”之意，例如：
In his speech, he referred to a recent trip to Canada.
他在讲演中提到了前不久的加拿大之行。
We have referred freely to his ideas.
我们频繁地提到了他的观点。
I promised not to refer to the matter again.
